Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. Once your purchase is placed, production begins within 1–3 business days.

Because each item is custom made specifically for you, production times may vary slightly during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after production

  • Canada: 5–10 business days after production

  • International: 7–20 business days after production

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on product type or fulfillment location.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once production has begun or the order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, unexpected delays due to weather, customs, holidays, or carrier issues may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Return & Refund Policy

At TeeFoso, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the product and the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled because it is being custom made specifically for you.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
